ASR
Answer-seizure ratio
Platinum: at least 45%. Gold: at least 35%. Silver: at least 20%. Sampled per route per hour; 30-day rolling average.
ACD
Average call duration
Used as a fraud indicator alongside ASR. Routes with ACD that drift far from country-mean trigger a review.
MOS
Mean opinion score
Platinum: at least 4.2. Gold: at least 3.8. Silver: at least 3.2. Computed from RTCP and synthetic test calls every 5 minutes.
Routes that drop below their tier threshold for two consecutive measurement windows rotate out automatically. Re-entry only after a passing 24-hour soak.
Multi-upstream by design
We run a multi-provider strategy. Customers benefit from upstream network reach without taking on an upstream contract, and we can swap or add upstreams without anyone changing their SIP config.
When a new upstream is activated, every active customer is notified by email and in the portal 14 days before traffic begins to route over it.
